Our hearts are heavy with sadness as we announce that Rubina Qureshi, wife of iconic Pakistani actor Mustafa Qureshi, passed away after a long battle with cancer. Her death occurs on 13 July 2022 at the age of 81.
Rubina Qureshi was a Sindhi classical singer. It is estimated that she has sung over 10,000 songs in her lifetime. She was born on 19 October 1940 in Hyderabad, Sindh. In real life, her name was Aisha Shaikh. She was an active member of Pakistan’s Blind Welfare Association (Women’s Wing).
Rubina Qureshi and Mustafa Qureshi met while they were both employed by Radio Pakistan. The couple has two kids, a daughter, and a son named Aamir Qureshi.

Rubina was a strong woman who fought cancer with courage and dignity. The world will remember her for her strength, her kindness, and her love.
