There are two wives in his family. His first wife, Qurat ul Ain Hassan, is a renowned journalist who is equally famous today. The couple tied the knot in 2008 and remain inseparable ever since. In 2010, they became blessed with a beautiful son named Pehlaj. In 2012, he married another journalist, Farah Yousaf, who is also a journalist who lives in Karachi.
