Tanveer Jamal was a senior Pakistani actor, director, and producer. He was born in 1960 in Karachi, Pakistan. After graduating from the National Academy of Performing Arts in Karachi, he began his modeling career in the fashion industry.
Later on, he turned to the acting field and went on to appear in dramas and theater productions and was a well-respected figure in Pakistan’s entertainment industry.
As an actor, producer, and director, he made quite a name for himself in the Pakistan drama industry. As a model, he debuted in the Pakistani fashion industry in 1985. After that, he took a short break from work and went to Japan.
The actor came back to Pakistan in 1988 and worked in a number of TV dramas since then. In 1993, he started his own production company and delved into directing.
In all, the late Tanveer Jamal was a person of complete all-around ability able to succeed in everything he set his mind to. As well as working in the Middle East and Europe, he was a sales executive.
